The Effectiveness of Letrozole Adjuvant Therapy - Electro Acupuncture in Reducing the Number of Follicles and Body Weight and Increasing Endometrial Thickness in Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Background: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorder in women of reproductive age. Acupuncture can improve menstrual cycle recovery and decrease body mass index (BMI) with PCOS. The effect acupuncture be enhanced by giving letrozol. Researchers are interested knowing comparison between letrozol therapy + electroacupuncture on weight, follicle count, endometrial thickness polycystic syn­drome. This study aims to determine diffe­rences weight loss, number, PCOS patients receiving treatment compared electroacupuncture. Subjects Method: An observational ana­lytic using a case-control approach fixed disease sampling technique was carried out at Gynecology Polyclinic Sekar Clinic Dr Moewardi Hospital, Sura­karta.
